Brooke graduated from Maryville College and went on to earn her BS and MA from the University of Nebraska. She completed her Physician Assistant internship at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Brooke has specialized in Aesthetics, Dermatology, and Plastic & Craniofacial Surgery. Board certified, she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Med Spa Association. Highly sought after, Brooke continues to be recognized as a national trainer, speaker, and advisor for injectables with Allergan Medical Institute. Her knowledge, expertise and skilled craft has placed her in the top 1% of injectors in the nation.

Addison Jones

Physician Assistant

A native of Knoxville, TN, Addison brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing team. Addison is board-certified and has sub-specialty clinical experience in Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery. Her expertise is in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, laser treatments, microneedling with PRP, hair restoration, and lesion removal. Her passion for patient education, customized treatment plans, and outstanding patient outcomes makes her a perfect fit for our team. Addison’s goal is to deliver a natural result making lasting impacts for each of her patients.

Mikayla Stephens

Physician Assistant

Mikayla holds a Master of Science in Medicine and is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a subspecialty in Dermatology. She received her bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Technological University in Biology Health Sciences with a minor in Psychology. Mikayla is a Maryville, TN native who is passionate about tailoring patient treatment plans addressing patient concerns while enhancing natural beauty and yielding optimal outcomes. Her expertise is in administering neurotoxins, dermal filler, body filler, Kybella, microneedling with PRP, lasers, body contouring – CoolSculpting and CoolTone, lesion removal, hair restoration, and sclerotherapy. Mikayla’s desire is to best complement existing features while achieving a natural appearance among her patients.

Brooke graduated from Lincoln Memorial University and has been a Registered Nurse for 21 years. Her clinical background and attention to detail makes her a perfect fit for our team! Brooke is an expert in administering injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body fillers, and Kybella, as well as laser, microneedling with PRP, hair restoration, and sclerotherapy treatments. She is passionate about patient education and providing excellent outcomes for patients.

Chesney Terry

Licensed Aesthetician

After years of struggling with acne, Chesney began seeing a licensed aesthetician on a consistent basis and shortly after, she couldn’t help but notice the transformation in her skin. Eager to help others see transformation in their aesthetic journeys, Chesney graduated Tennessee School of Beauty in 2021. Her knowledge and expertise in aesthetics makes her a valuable member of our team. Chesney is certified to administer Diamond Glow treatments, chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, laser treatments, dermaplaning, facials, and brow services. She offers complimentary skin care consultations for patients and is devoted to optimal patient outcomes in a tranquil environment.

Lindsey Statzer

Licensed Aesthetician

Desiring to further her knowledge and expertise in medical aesthetics, Lindsey brings eight years of experience as a Licensed Aesthetician to our practice. Board-certified, she offers laser treatments, microneedling with PRP, Diamond Glow, facial, chemical peel, brow and lash services, and other rejuvenation services. She prides herself in optimal outcomes and values continuing education to provide the highest quality of tailored treatment for our patients

Aubrey Mullins

Body Contouring Specialist & Licensed Aesthetician

Aubrey obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Tennessee in Journalism & Electronic Media. After years of struggling with acne, she decided to make a career change and began her journey in medical aesthetics. Aubrey graduated from Tennessee School of Beauty and received her Phlebotomy certification from Roane State. She joins our team as our Body Contouring Specialist and Licensed Aesthetician. Aubrey is our certified body contouring expert in Coolsculpting and Cooltone treatments. She also offers laser treatments, microneedling with PRP, Diamond Glow, Chemical Peels, facials, dermaplaning and custom skin care regimens for patients. Her goal is to provide tailored treatments to achieve patient results while maintaining a relaxing environment.

Brittiany obtained her Bachelors degree from the University of Tennessee. After spending many years in ophthalmology as a clinical technician and front office coordinator, she left ophthalmology to pursue a career in medical aesthetics management. She loves one-on-one patient care and desires patients to have an exceptional in-office experience.

Patient Services Coordinator & Digital Content Coordinator

Kezia has been in the cosmetic and beauty industry for over five years and brings a wealth of medical grade product knowledge. She is passionate about creating an elevated patient experience offering a welcoming smile when you enter our practice. Kezia is our ColoreScience color matching expert and is highly educated in our medical grade skin care lines, backed by science with proven results. Goal-oriented, she desires to help patients achieve optimal results on their aesthetic journey.

Melissa Edmonds

Patient Services Coordinator

Melissa began her relationship at the practice as a patient. After quickly learning how important having a skin care routine is, and seeing firsthand the difference in her skin, she feel in love with all things skin care. She wants to inspire our patients to feel this way as well. Melissa thrives on serving others and in the near future she plans to attend esthetics school and pursue a career in medical aesthetics. She is a Chamber Ambassador for the Blount County Chamber and she serves her community well. She is also part of the Leadership Blount Class of 2023.

Meet Grandmother! For many years, Brooke Nix, PA, had a long-time dream of her grandmother joining our team to enhance our patient experience. That dream has now become a reality. Ruth led a successful career with the Sugarland’s Visitor Center and as a bank teller. A longtime patient of Brooke’s, she is excited to share her love for medical aesthetics greeting everyone with a smile. When Ruth is not in office, she enjoys her beautiful view of the Smoky Mountains in Townsend, hiking, walking 5 miles in Townsend, spending time with family, and reading.

Dr. David Lo

Medical Director

Dr. David Lo is our Medical Director at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics and is a Plastic Surgeon
with Premier Surgical Associates in Knoxville, TN. He performs complex breast and general
reconstruction, as well as aesthetic surgery of the face, breasts, and body. Dr. Lo operates at
the Premier Surgical Surgery Center, Tennova North and Turkey Creek, Parkwest and Fort
Sanders Regional Medical Centers.
