Biostimulatoryfillers

Biostimulatory fillers, such as Radiesse and Sculptra, are injectable treatments designed to stimulate the body’s natural production of collagen and elastin. Over time, they improve skin quality, texture, and firmness while providing long-lasting, regenerative results. These fillers are especially effective in areas prone to laxity, including the neck, chest, arms, abdomen, buttocks, and upper knees. Another biostimulatory option we offer is Ariessence PDGF+, which is bioidentical to the growth factors naturally produced by the body, providing regenerative benefits further enhancing skin repair and collagen stimulation.

Sculptra:

Comprised of poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biodegradable synthetic polymer that acts as a collagen stimulator, inducing neocollagenesis over time to restore volume and improve dermal thickness.

Radiesse:

Formulated with calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA) microspheres suspended in a carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) gel carrier, providing immediate volumization while promoting endogenous collagen synthesis for durable structural support.

Ariessence® PDGF+:

Contains recombinant, bioidentical platelet-derived growth factors (PDGF+) that are structurally identical to endogenous human PDGF+, designed to activate cellular repair pathways, enhance fibroblast activity, and stimulate collagen and extracellular matrix production.

Unlike hyaluronic acid (HA) fillers, which provide immediate volume to contour and lift, biostimulatory fillers work gradually by encouraging the body to rebuild its own structural support. This makes them an excellent choice for patients seeking subtle improvements and overall skin quality enhancement. However, unlike HA fillers, they cannot be dissolved, and results develop more slowly as collagen production is stimulated over time.
