APPOINTMENT POLICIES
At Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics, we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before
your arrival. We are committed to providing our patients with exceptional service. Our goal is to provide
extraordinary care to our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations
inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our updated
policies:

CANCELLATIONS:
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments
are in high demand, and your kind notice will allow another patient access to that appointment
time.

HOW TO CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT:
If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach us by calling or texting at 865.333.0186
between the hours of 8am and 5pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail
message. We will return your call as soon as possible. Additionally, you may log on to your
patient portal, https://brookenix.myaestheticrecord.com/login, to cancel or reschedule your
appointment.

LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS:
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before
the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. The
first late cancellation or no show is notated in the patient’s chart record. After the first
cancellation or no show, a missed appointment fee will be assessed at management’s
discretion. See Patient Deposit Policy for additional information.

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
Our goal at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics is to specifically tailor your skincare regimen for your skin type
and skin concerns. However, your skin may not react as expected. If you have received a
complimentary skincare consultation or treatment from Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics, we welcome
your slightly used product as a return if a product reaction occurs. You must return your product within 7
days of purchase to receive a return credit. You may select another product at equal or lesser value or
elect a full refund in the form of a dollar credit to be used at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics. Cash back
is not available. However, if you have not received a skincare consultation or treatment prior to
purchasing a product at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics, we are unable to accept any returns on used
product.

SERVICES REFUND POLICY
Refunds on unused appointments/sessions for individual services, service packages, or service series
may be applied at management’s discretion as an in-office dollar credit for other services.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards may be purchased in office or online. They may be used towards any product or service. Gift
card must be presented upon checking in for your appointment. Gift cards expire within one year of
purchase date. All sales are final. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
